• Chicago White Sox: In a move that could change the landscape of Downtown Chicago as we know it, the Chicago White Sox are considering leaving their current stadium, Guaranteed Rate Field, in the Bridgeport area for a new riverfront stadium within “The 78” development on the South Loop. The renderings look insane! Can you imagine Chicago looking like this in the future?!

• Fake Spring: What month are we in currently? By today’s weather report you might just guess that it’s April. That’s because temperatures are expected to be in the mid 50s today, which would start to approach the warmest ever Feb. 8 in Chicago history. See what’s in store for today’s weather.

• Vitamin Vault: Do you remember the former flagship Walgreens store in Wicker Park at the Noel State Bank building (1601 N. Milwaukee) that closed last year? You may recall it had an infamous Vitamin Vault. Well good news, something is finally taking over the space, and it is likely going to shock you. See what’s coming.

• Snowplow Names: The city of Chicago’s Second Annual ‘You Name a Snowplow’ contest has announced its winners! As you may recall, there were 50 name finalists submitted by Chicagoans. You can now see the winning six names will be adorning snowplows this year.

• Winter Classic: Wrigley Field has been selected to host the NHL’s next Winter Classic outdoor hockey game! The annual tradition typically takes place on New Year’s Day. The Chicago Blackhawks will play host to the St. Louis Blues. See what people are saying.

Chicago Concert News

• Usher: Super Bowl Halftime Show performer Usher just announced that he will be at the United Center for three different concerts this year on Oct. 28, 29 and 31 as part of his “Usher: Past Present Future” tour.

• Justin Timberlake: Justin Timberlake just added a third concert at the United Center this year. It will be the day before Usher on Oct. 27. The general online ticket sale begins tomorrow at 10am. Justin will also have performances at the United Center on June 21 and 22.

• NASCAR Lineup: The headline performers for the 2024 NASCAR Chicago Street Race Weekend were just announced this morning. Keith Urban, The Chainsmokers and others will be performing July 6 & 7. See the lineup and full details.

• Kanye West: Ye (formerly known as Kayne West) decided to throw a last minute album release party and listening experience with Ty Dolla $ign at the United Center tonight for their debut studio album, “Vultures, Volume 1.”

• The Bear: Looking to stay in this weekend? How about binge watching a popular TV show that is set in Chicago?! It was just announced that Hulu’s The Bear is returning to Chicago on Feb. 26 to begin filming for season three.
