Well now there is a Chicagoan’s Guide to New York City as well. So which city is better? According to this viral TikTok, it’s Chicago.

  • Jay-Z in Chicago: Speaking of New Yorkers, you probably knew that Beyonce performed at Soldier Field over the weekend, but did you know that Jay-Z came to Chicago with her? He was spotted getting food Sunday afternoon before the concert. See which restaurant he chose to go to.

  • Dave Chapelle: The famous comedian, who also made a name for himself in NYC, has announced dates for his latest 13 show tour and the final stop of it will be here in Chicago at the United Center on Oct. 4 and Oct 6. A second Chicago show was added due to overwhelming demand. Pre-sale tickets just went on sale today at 10am.

  • Chicago Home Prices: Home prices grew faster in Chicago than any other major US metro area, yes that includes New York City, during the month of May as valuations rose 4.6%, the most of the 20 tracked cities.
