• Michelin Bib Gourmands: Chicago has five new Michelin Bib Gourmands this year. Restaurants receive this honor for having a great balance of both quality and value. The idea is to be able to order two courses and a glass of wine or dessert for about $50 (pre-tax/gratuity). See which five Chicago restaurants were added to the list.

• Christkindlmarket: Everyone’s favorite German Christmas market is returning to Chicago (and Aurora) this month, and they just released their beloved souvenir mug designs for 2023.

• CTA Heaters: Good news for all train riders trying to keep warm. The CTA just activated more than 1,000 heaters at Chicago L stops yesterday.

• The Gatsby: We love this cool new Lincoln Park speakeasy! You will want to make a reservation if you plan on going.

• Free Museums: November is a good month to check out a free museum in Chicago since it’s getting colder. Here are the days to make note of this month.

• Christmas Music: Starting today at 4pm, Chicago’s 93.9 LITE-FM will play holiday music around the clock.

• The Onion Live: Tonight at 8pm in Logan Square you can catch a comedy show featuring writers and contributors from the satire newspaper ‘The Onion.’

• NBA Cup: The NBA’s first ever In-Season Tournament kicks off tomorrow at the United Center with the Chicago Bulls hosting the Brooklyn Nets at 7pm.

• Hot Chocolate Run: Chicago’s sweetest race is this Sunday, Nov. 5 at Grant Park. The Chicago Hot Chocolate Run has 5K, 10K, 15K and 2-Mile distances and a post-run party.
